I'm a physician and certified emotional eating coach. I help women who know they eat too much, but they don't know how to stop.
For far too long, I spent my life hating how I looked. I hated my body, and I have been on so many diets that I can't even keep track. I've wasted so much time trying to find the magical diet that would help me lose weight and finally love how I looked.
What I finally realized was my struggles with overeating required a new solution. It was time to do something different. When you keep doing the same thing (dieting), you keep getting the same results. I don't know about you, but I want different results for my life.
That's why I decided to look deeper than dieting. Dieting is a band-aid solution, but it doesn't solve the REAL problem. In order to change your relationship with food, you must change how you think. The thoughts you have right now about food, dieting, weight loss, and your body are keeping you stuck exactly where you are right now.
If you want to change your relationship with food, you must learn how to end emotional eating.
Emotional eating starts in your mind. Thus, the first step to ending it involves diving in and understanding why you emotionally eat in the first place. Once you understand why you emotionally eat, you can go to work on ending it. I will guide you throughout this entire process.
I get you because I was you. I know what it's like to desperately want to change. I know what it's like to feel uncomfortable in your body and with your weight. I also know what it's like on the other side...where you have freedom from emotional eating.
Being free from emotional eating has completely changed my life in all of the best ways imaginable. I no longer diet all of the time. I no longer spend all day thinking about food. I no longer struggle to stop eating.
